100hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training

Service Description

For the very first time Karina is facilitating a 100hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training. This will be comprised of her signature 50 hour level 1 training as well as a brand new 50hr level 2 training. Participants have the option of attending level 1, or level 2, or both. Each training is a 6 night/7day time frame, with the option of staying for the duration of both trainings and completing 100hours. Set amongst the coast line of gorgeous Koh Samui Thailand, each training includes all accommodation and meals for the duration of the chosen training booking. Level 1 is a comprehensive training available for both already qualified yoga teachers, wanting to build their skill set in order to teach Yin Yoga, and also for students with a love of Yin Yoga wanting to deepen their experience and knowledge. This course will enable you to draw from a deep bank of knowledge and information regarding the body, skeletal variation, and basic meridian theory. Most importantly after this course you will feel very confident in approaching students in your classes who need assistance or alternative postures, as your teaching skill set will be broadened immensely. Fully accredited with Yoga Alliance, this Level 1 Yin Yoga Teacher Training emphasises the importance in having the sensitivity to ask the right questions, and work collaboratively with each student until they feel at ease. Level 1 is the foundational training: A practical deep dive into the experience and history of Yin Yoga, Skeletal Variation studies, and Functional Anatomy of all the major joint complexes, Teaching skills to support your students with correct props and variations of postures, teaching practice, and basic energetic medicine/meridian theory Level 2 is an advanced training for yin teachers that have either completed their level 1 training with Karina, or another equivalent yin yoga trainer. Level 2 is a deep dive into developing language skills, cultivating intuition as a teacher (and a human), developing themes and creative ideas for class structures, as well as plentiful opportunity to practice teaching and receive invaluable feedback All details regarding cost, bookings etc will be made available when registrations open in 2025.
